Highlights FANGIRLS has taken Australia by storm with a successful national tour that is currently in Melbourne for its final shows. The show has received incredible hype via socials, including a FANGIRLS army (aka "besties") that have taken to twitter, changed their handles to relate to the show, created accounts to translate FANGIRLS news into other languages, and role play as main characters. There's also TikTok & YouTube reviews discussing everything FANGIRLS. Fans aka "besties" have created fanart which has been shared amongst the community, including digital and traditional art, handmade clothing, hundreds of posters, and at one show, sixty laminated masks of the lead singer's face donned by a section of the audience. The cast recording was released on Apr 30 via Ghostlight Records and has already clocked over 100k streams on Spotify and reached the Top 50 in the iTunes Album Chart.
