Raindrop is the musical project of Sydney based artist-producer Miles Devine. Raindrop spent many years writing and producing Psychedelic Lo-fi Pop / Rock, which in recent times has evolved further into the electronic realm. He has an ever-expanding sound that he does not limit to a single genre or specific influence which allows his music to continue to grow.
Raindrop's music is created in his home studio ‘Mindfield Studios’ with long-time collaborator and partner, Hunter Atari (lyricist). Together they work in a creative zone filled with vintage synthesizers, samplers, drum machines, effects and guitars. So far releasing EP ‘Crowded Brain’ & Debut Album ‘Mild Meltdowns’ that were recorded and produced at Mindfield and received large amounts of attention and spins from Radio stations FBI, 2ser, 3RRR, 4ZZZ and more across Australia, as well as praise on respected blog ‘Indie Shuffle’.
In 2024, Raindrop’s long-term love and interest in video games lead to the creation and release of an interactive music video game for the single ‘Might Be Wrong’ which has been played by people all around the world.
Raindrop has supported and toured Australia with a large variety of Artists including The Babe Rainbow, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Winston Surfshirt, The Church, Custard, Richard in Your Mind and more.
