Josie Mann is a singer, songwriter, and composer based between London and Sydney, whose music weaves soul-infused storytelling with cinematic elegance. With a background in screen composition and vocal arrangements, honed through three years at renowned music collective Sonar Music, Josie brings emotional depth and a striking vocal presence to everything she creates.
Her screen composition work includes acclaimed Australian productions such as Bump (Stan), Erotic Stories (SBS), Inconceivable (SBS), and the STUDIOCANAL feature film Kangaroo. Her voice and arrangements have also featured across numerous soundtracks, including Sydney’s 2025 New Year’s Eve fireworks display.
Her original songwriting is brooding and expansive, blending introspective warmth with carefully layered sonic detail through delicate piano and string arrangements, and atmospheric layered vocals. Alongside her solo work, Josie has collaborated as a topliner and featured vocalist on releases with artists including D.D Mirage and Boz, while earlier projects under the name Jofi saw her blend alt-pop and R&B with airplay on Triple J and FBi Radio.
